How do I start a return?
1. Register Return
Please visit our return portal on our website. Enter your order number (you can find it in your order confirmation email) and your email address or phone number. Select the product and quantity you wish to return, and choose a return reason. Once the refund is issued, you will receive it within 10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a DHL return label by email after we approve your request.
2. Pack
Place the item(s) you’d like to return, along with the Delivery Summary, in the original package or a suitable alternative. If you no longer have the Delivery Summary, please ensure you write the Order Number (#XXXX) clearly on a piece of paper and place it inside the package so that we can identify your parcel.
Please do not return items from multiple orders in the same package, as this will slow down the processing of your return and refund.
3. Attach return label
Attach the return label to the package, on top of or in place of the original delivery label.
Important: Note down the tracking ID (long number) on this label if you wish to track the progress of your return.
4. Post
Take the package to your preferred DHL drop-off location. Please make sure to keep your proof of return (drop-off receipt) until your refund has been processed, as it may be required if there are any issues with your return.

5. Refund
Once we have processed your return, we will notify you via email and transfer your refund as soon as possible.
