A different policy applies to used saddles (second-hand saddles):
If these are returned within the applicable withdrawal period, a handling fee of €79.00 / £79.00 / CHF 79.00 will be charged.
The stated fee applies independently of the selected currency and will not be converted.
This fee will be deducted from the refund amount of the returned saddle.
