The Stübben Special dressage combined noseband is crafted for maximum comfort and precision fit. Made from high-quality leather, it features super soft padding on the nose and chin to ensure gentle, even pressure distribution.
The noseband widens slightly towards the front, providing a refined, elegant look while enhancing horse-friendly comfort. Thanks to the redirected (pulley) fastening system, the pressure can be adjusted evenly and smoothly, ensuring a balanced, comfortable fit.
The silver-colored fittings add a touch of sophistication, making it ideal for both training and competition. As with all Stübben bridles, the flash strap is fully removable, allowing for versatile use and a clean, classic appearance.
The bridle should sit comfortably behind the ears and not restrict the horse’s movement. Ensure that the bridle is neither too loose nor too tight. The noseband should sit approximately two fingers’ width below the cheekbone, allowing enough space for comfort and unrestricted breathing. The bit and cheekpieces should be adjusted so that a few small wrinkles appear at the corners of the horse’s mouth, indicating that the bit sits correctly without causing pressure or discomfort.
Reins and bit are not included.
After each use, wipe down all leather parts that are exposed to sweat and residue. Clean the bridle regularly with Stübben leather care products to maintain the quality of the leather. Store the bridle in a dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve both leather and metal fittings. Regular inspection of all buckles and stitching is recommended.
