Simply fill out our online test ride form on this page. Don’t worry, if the REV saddle isn’t the right fit for you and your horse, you can just return it after the trial period.

As soon as a REV saddle becomes available, we’ll contact you to arrange all further details. Due to high demand, this may currently take a little time.

Once you’ve received the rental agreement by email and returned it signed, it won’t be long before your REV test saddle is shipped directly to your home. You’ll then have plenty of time to test it. Afterwards, the saddle must be returned to us using the return label in the package. If you decide to purchase a new REV saddle, the test fees will be refunded.

You have up to 14 days to test the REV saddle, starting from the day it arrives at your location. If you need more time, you’re welcome to contact us, extensions can be arranged individually.

Prior to shipment or handover of the saddle, a deposit of €150 is required. This deposit also serves as a prepayment of the trial fees for the first 30 calendar days.

The trial fee is €5 per calendar day and is charged from the start of the trial period until the saddle is received back by us. The trial period begins upon successful submission and authorization of the customer's payment details.

If the saddle is returned before the end of the initial 30-day period, the actual trial duration will be calculated at €5 per calendar day. The difference between the deposit paid and the actual trial fee incurred will be refunded promptly after the saddle has been received by us.

If the trial period exceeds 30 calendar days, an additional prepayment of €150 will automatically be charged for the next 30-day period. The same applies to each additional commenced 30-day period.

Should you decide to purchase a new REV saddle after the trial period, the full trial fee incurred during the trial period will be credited towards the purchase price.

In addition, a one-time shipping fee is charged at the beginning of the trial period. This fee covers both outbound and return shipping and varies depending on the destination country:

Germany: €10
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands: €20
France, Italy, Lithuania: €29
Spain, United Kingdom, Ireland, Finland, Switzerland: €49

For other countries, we will gladly provide the applicable shipping costs upon request.

After your test, please return the saddle in the condition you received it, in the original box and with the enclosed return label.
