The saddle component, which is necessary for the Streamline system, is clamped by hand in the saddle gullet. If the gullet is too narrow, the Saddle Component can simply be shortened with scissors. Once in place, the Saddle Component can be left in place. Due to the flat profile, there are no bumps, so the fit of the saddle is not affected either.
The next step is to attach the Velcro strip on the top line in the lumbar area of the Saddle Pad with the counterpart of the Saddle Component. In this way, the Saddle Component enables a stable connection to the saddle and saddle pad and a completely free spine.
Important, the Saddle Component must be placed so that the loop strap is visible.
When ordering a Streamline Saddle Pad, one Saddle Component is already included. If you have several saddles in use, we recommend purchasing an additional Saddle Component to enable quick handling.
