With a normal connection to the rider’s hand and as soon as either the horse or rider eases the pressure, the bit becomes flexible again and functions like a regular loose ring snaffle. This allows for precise yet gentle aids when needed.
Thanks to the Easy Control bit’s effect, horses often learn on their own to yield as soon as the bar effect comes into play. For this reason, Easy Control bits should be used temporarily for training purposes, with regular checks to determine whether the desired learning effect has already been achieved.
