Icelandic Saddle Adventure

The Benni's Harmony Adventure, a double-flap saddle with attached knee rolls, is the perfect allrounder for all ambitious recreational riders.

The semi-deep seat and the attached knee rolls provide a comfortably supportive riding experience with stable leg support, without restricting the rider’s freedom of movement. At the same time, this saddle makes the rider sit very close to the horse, allowing them to feel the horse’s subtle movements and promoting calm, precise aid application.

True to its name, the Adventure is made for adventure. The maximum comfort this saddle offers—thanks to its comfortable support and extra-soft foam inserts in the seat and knee rolls—is paired with absolute durability, making it the ideal companion even for longer training sessions or trail rides.

The wide bearing surface and the characteristically wide chamber channel ensure the horse’s comfort is prioritized as well. The panel offers sufficient volume, allowing easy re-stuffing or adjustment at any time.

The Adventure is part of the Benni’s Harmony collection and was developed in collaboration with Icelandic horse expert Benni Líndal. He is an A-level riding instructor and has a Master’s degree in taming horses from the Icelandic Riding Instructors’ Association (FT). For several years he worked as a riding instructor at both Hvanneyri Agricultural University of Iceland and Hólar University College. He has successfully participated in many of the biggest tournaments for Icelandic horses, both in Iceland and elsewhere, such as Landsmót, European Championships and World Championships.

Visually, the Adventure showcases a true love of detail: Its distinctive edging on the saddle flaps is a real eye-catcher, especially when paired with high-contrast leather options in our configurator. Its clearly defined, attached knee roll and the elegantly tapered small saddle flap complete this playful look.

Like all Stübben saddles, the Adventure is handcrafted at our workshop in Kempen (Lower Rhine), Germany, using only carefully selected, high-quality materials and raw components.

The attached knee rolls and the characteristic edging place special demands on the craftsmanship and require the highest standard of precision, experience, and artisanal skill.
